Now, we're not chemists, so we couldn't help them our with their formulation ;). But we do know a lot about CRM's and eCommerce platforms, and they needed seamless integration of the two. In this instance, the key ingredient was Salesforce and WooCommerce, with a side of Zapier connectors.
