The Perception Collective was brought in by Reanne Potter Designs to collaborate with Lore Australia to streamline its operations and support its digital transformation. As the business transitioned its website to Shopify, we focused on overhauling their customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing systems. We implemented Bigin CRM, a user-friendly solution tailored to their requirements, ensuring seamless integration with their Shopify storefront.
Our team oversaw data migration, consolidating client records and business insights into a centralised system. Additionally, we set up email marketing and automation workflows to enhance customer engagement and retention.
This project enables Lore Australia to better manage customer relationships, optimise marketing efforts, and support sustainable growth in line with their commitment to wellness and cultural authenticity.
